All our clubs are equipped with the latest functional, sports and fitness equipment, that are unique to the region; the clubs will also provide unique, functional and sports specific, fitness group classes; classes of small sizes, to still keep that u concept personalized service; VERY different classes to what you already have seen in the region! - a main functional gymnasium (with equipment unique to the region), personal training area, group functional performance/ sports specific training floor, running track, fighting cage, functional climbing area, and a DJ area – for our resident and guest DJ’s … oh, and look out for the dungeon!!
- u escape – chill out time! Spa treatments, on-site massage, sports massage & therapy, supplied in a serene setting.
- u fuel – healthy food & juice bar; with an educated approach to nutrition and healthy eating.
