At u concept we want to help you create a healthier, permanent lifestyle … especially with what you eat!
We appreciate that with food plans there is not “one program that suits all” – just like with fitness programs. But just like with fitness performance it is possible to create a healthy base of habits to mould into a permanent lifestyle change, that can then eventually be adapted to the individuals’ own specific requirements!
This plan is exactly that … “a healthy base of habits” for your nutrition. This initial stage is simple – no complex counting of calories, no lack of calories so you won’t feel deprived! We recommend that you follow this base for at least 6 weeks. For majority of people, just these small adaptations in their eating lifestyle will be sufficient and they will be pleased with the outcome, and will therefore make these adaptations permanently into their lifestyle! But, as we mentioned we do not expect “one program to fit all”, so after 6 weeks of evolving these healthy changes into their daily nutrition intake, there will be some people that will then need this base program “tweaking” to be adjusted to their own specific requirements; this may involve metabolic and calorie calculations, referral for thyroid checks etc… – we will be there to guide you all the way!
