At u concept, all our trainers follow the u energy movement principles. u concept has created our own u energy system, which is a fusion 6 phases. u concept trainers work through the u movement principles with functional exercise. It works by training through individual, specific programs, following a series of 6 progressive phases. All programs will be adapted and tailored around each individual clients specific needs; that would have been devised after the initial u analysis. If any ‘issues’ related to movement and posture were discovered from the u analysis, then this will allow the u concept trainer to build the program around the client’s most vulnerable areas (areas that have been stressed in every day movement), by specific corrective work in stability/ mobility, strength and flexibility training. Each phase will last between 1-6 weeks – depending on the individual client and the individual goal. The program will be continuously updated and challenged. This system can be used for any goal and for any special population.
