This an overall analysis of where you are here and now, and where you want to be. This phase is a stage of gathering vital information to aid in problem-solving, for the u concept trainers to make an educated decision on how to tailor design each individual clients program.
Within your u energy training, this phase of analysis will be looked at in great detail – involving a series of assessments, analysis and questionnaires. These assessments could include:
- Subjective information
- Goal setting
- Physiological tests
- Body composition
- Postural/ Movement analysis
- Metabolic analysis
- Cardio-respiratory
- Performance assessments
This will be continuously reassessed and readdressed in the cycle, to keep you on track and to help you reach your goals more efficiently and safely!
